Nestled at the end of Pech Road in Spring Valley, Texas, the Pech Footbridge has served as a passage way across Spring Branch Creek for our children, visitors and neighbors for over fifty years. Reconstructed in the late summer of 2006, the City of Spring Valley committed 3-5 years worth of funds earmarked for child safety in all of Spring Valley, for just this single project.
